Is the quote final?
No. The estimate is for planning only. Final international shipping is confirmed after packing.
Are customs duties included?
No. Import duties, VAT, customs fees, tariffs, and carrier handling fees are not included and are the buyer's responsibility.
Can you mark my package as a gift or lower the declared value?
No. MiyaBuy declares the actual purchase price and cannot provide false customs information.
Can you buy cosmetics or food?
Some cosmetics, food, liquids, or skincare products may be restricted. These categories require manual review before purchase.
What happens if the item arrives damaged in Japan?
If we notice obvious damage when the item arrives in Japan, we will notify you with photos when possible. Returns or refunds depend on the seller or marketplace.
What happens if the item is damaged during international shipping?
Please keep all packaging and contact us within 48 hours with photos. Carrier compensation depends on the shipping method and carrier decision.
Can you buy used items from C2C marketplaces?
We can review used listings, but used items may have scratches, box wear, missing parts, odors, or other condition risks. MiyaBuy is not the original seller or manufacturer.
